I’ve spent nearly 20 years around logistics and technology. The common thread is wanting to understand how something works, then finding a way to make it work better.
I’m Managing Director of Ceedbox, where I work on technology for the freight and logistics industry. My interests sit somewhere between operations, product, software, automation, data and AI — but the outcome I care about is usually much simpler: remove friction and make the difficult bit easier.
I’ve worked around freight and technology for most of my career, first from inside an operating logistics business and now through Ceedbox. LinkedIn has the career chronology; this site is more about the things I’m building and the way I think about them.
I also wrote RESET, a practical framework shaped by experiments, feedback and the idea that sustainable change has to work in ordinary life rather than just on a perfect day.
Outside work, I like reading, STEM, Arduino, software, electronics and disappearing down technical rabbit holes for no particularly sensible reason. Family is the important part around all of it.
